If the cloud.enabled setting is changed, update the boxine status.

Currently you have to reload the page completely.

a) add a periodically check (once every minute?)
b) refetch the status if setting is changed

a) would add stress to the Boxine server.
b) (check)

c) Also do it, if certificates were changed, especially if you just added a new toniebox and this is the first certificate

After Enabling cloud access sometimes update working boxine fails and boxine status stay red even if it is reachable. Recheck.
