HTTP APIを実行してもdescriptionがステートドキュメントに反映されない。

以下のドキュメントで紹介されているcurlコマンドを実行したところ、Waroom上でインシデントが登録されましたが、Requestで指定した description パラメータが「ステートドキュメント」に反映されませんでした。重要度・ステータスは反映されています。
