Skope calibration scan -- default to not repeat scan #16

The Skope calibration scan (activated by 'scan TR' button in manual prescan) keeps running indefinitely, but that's not necessary. Add a CV to control the number of repetitions (defaulting to 1). This serves as a reminder for the next version (v6).
