Lots of internal gems declared in a Gemfile are often declared using the path attribute. Example:
Gemfile
path
gem 'foo_bar', path: 'engines/foo_bar'
We can safely mark as "internal" any gems declared with this attribute. Dependencies marked as "internal" should not be processed.
