Repository for generating folder of contents

Hello,
My name is Farid Zare and I am one of the maintainers of the COBRA toolbox : https://github.com/opencobra/cobratoolbox
We are happy to use MatGPT as a submodule in the COBRA toolbox, however, the "content" folder which is generated for each script may cause conflicts when a user works with the toolbox and then wants to make a commit to the COBRA toolbox.
It would be greatly valued if the root for saving the "content" folder was an option to be chosen in the settings tab (ideally with a different default root).
