[StB] Add option for Base Point Display

In Double Spoiler the game will display your Base Value that is strictly based on the bullets you included in your photo, after which come other bonuses and multipliers like this example:

In Shoot the Bullet however this Base Point is absent from the game and makes determining details about the photo much more difficult.

There should be an option added that lets you display this number, perhaps in a similar way as DS does if possible.
