WIS on WSL with GPU - Windows Firewall handling

was able to setup WIS in WSL but only on CPU. I have GPU available through libcuda (tested with NVIDIA NGC TensorFlow container). Can't figure out how to force WIS container to use libcuda as it rightfully detects there is no GPU present and switches to CPU mode.
