Better hand positioning when holding a map

When holding a map and looking straight up or down, both hands seem to migrate to the same point, rather than one hand holding the map at one side and the other hand at the other side. Shouldn't the hand positions be fixed in position like is the case in first person?

This is a side-effect of the arm angle and trying to somewhat follow the head. I'll see if I can make it a bit better, but its no burning issue.
