[Enhancement] Ignore watched timestamp

Feature request - an option to ignore differences in the "watched on" timestamp, when deciding if an item is synced or not.

Use case: I mainly care about the watched / unwatched status being correct in Trakt, not as concerned about the exact times lining up.

A further enhancement would be a threshold for what is considered "synced" , e.g. same day / month / year/
