update responsive-nav.js to newest version

Hello,

updating the responsive-nav.js to the newest version would fix the problem that the navigation header doesn't work with ordered pages. Now if Folder Numeric Prefix is enabled, the navigation bar is broken (ppbl bc of having a digit at first character in the anchor name, which isn't supported with the included version of responsive-nav.js)
