Move boxes from S3 to Vagrant Cloud #248

HashiCorp offers again free storage for public Vagrant boxes with Vagrant Could. So existing and new boxes should be moved to Vagrant Cloud.

There is an API that can be used to upload boxes. A Python script using requests and tqdm could be used to do this.
