JS error on import

Not able to upload any JS file from SuiteCRM software (a fork for SugarCRM) from:
https://github.com/salesagility/SuiteCRM/blob/master/mobile/fielddefs/modules_en_us.js
https://github.com/salesagility/SuiteCRM/blob/master/mobile/js/mobile_en_us.js
https://github.com/salesagility/SuiteCRM/blob/master/mobile/js/modules_en_us.js

Errors on both files when uploading to Transifex using web interface:

• IF I choose file format .JS
  Error: "Could not locate the "define" function"
• OR IF I choose file format .JSON or .RESJSON
  Error: "Your JSON file has a syntax error"

Can you make it work? Is there any error?
