Backfill Alerts and New Trains

Alerts and New Trains were not populated between March and July, we should attempt to backfill the data

two questions:

1. Are we using this data anywhere?
2. Are we losing the ability to backfill as time goes on? Or is this data always available?

I don't believe we're using the data yet but we discussed usages for it at the most recent labs meeting

And it sounds like we can always parse through data provided by the MBTA. But, it's easier if we do it sooner rather than later because the format of the data is more annoying to parse later
