Improve localization quality

The problem

Currently we translate locales with google translate, and it looks the quality is pretty low.

Example of es text:

Traducir páginas web, texto resaltado, Netflix subtítulos, y mensajes privados. Habla el texto traducido y ahorrar importantes traducciones a su diccionario personal para aprender palabras, incluso sin conexión.

- "subtítulos de Netflix" instead of "Netflix subtítulos" for correct noun-adjective order.
- "Hable" instead of "Habla" for consistent use of formal imperative mood.
- "ahorre" instead of "ahorrar" for correct verb conjugation.

Proposed solutions

• Find native speakers to maintain locales with their help
• Add translation step with proofread texts with ChatGPT
