I am unsure what is happening since all the links are explicitly set to HTTPS, but all links are sending me to HTTP instead of HTTPS.

I've fiddled with some buttons on cloudflare and HTTPS stays HTTPS now. I'd like HTTP to be promoted to HTTPS so I'll leave this issue open for now.
