It seems like the detection for dungeon checks is broken. In v1.8.5.0, if I check Sanctuary and the first chest in Escape, and then connect the auto-tracker with "Race Illegal Tracking" enabled, the item count in Escape drop from 6 to 4 (as expected). In v1.8.6.0, the item count stays at 6. On both versions, it picks up the items in the checks, just v1.8.6.0 doesn't update the item counter on the map.
And, while I'm looking at it, either the Race Illegal Tracking toggle logic is backwards, or the "#CONNECTING (RACE LEGAL)" vs. "CONNECTED (RACE ILLEGAL)" text is backwards, because it doesn't match the state of the checkbox ("LEGAL" when checked, "ILLEGAL" when unchecked).

There were a bunch of problems with 1.8.6. I recommend not using it in any way. I've marked it as pre-release until I'm able to put time into resolving any of the issues.
