World map baselayer needs updating, and should be part of the repo

The GeoJSON for the world's country outlines is outdated, thanks to content changes introduced in the 1.53 releases:

This should be fixed... and also: the steps I took to make the GeoJSON should be documented so that nobody has to work too hard to perform future updates.

So much manual work 🫠.

@DeliLevente99 no immediate plans for supporting mod maps... but it's something that's on my (long) TODO list 😅
