Issues with Apps page, Docker not Running error after ElectricEel-24.10.1 upgrade #3012

After upgrading to ElectricEel-24.10.1, my 'Apps' Page no longer shows application previously deployed.

The page itsekf is running with errors and states that the docker sertvice is not running, but all my dockers are running if I check using 'docker ps' and all services are operational.
