Goal: Bug Reporting

As we (trufnetwork) are separated from truflation as being different organizations. We need a way for our customers (including truflation) to be able to report a bug in our organization.

Before the separation, any bug reporting went to the TSN Board. But as the TSN Board gets depreciated the website team or any customers in general need to report on trufnetwork so it can be tracked on Truf Network Board

• Problem: there is no centralized space to report bugs #760
