There is systemd-cryptenroll which allows unlocking luks device on boot with FIDO2 compliant device.
With Onlykey it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Tried on Debian amd64, Fedora arm64 and Arch amd64. On all of these distros it just behaves wonky.
P.S. Also please update your documentation on Linux support ---> "OnlyKey only supports amd64 Debian Linux". If you don't want to provide app for ARM64.
