In issue #85 one of the things we learned as that the table for --AAABAA was far different from the table for genus/protocol --AAACAA that's listed currently in the annex in this spec. If that table is drastically different and cesr 2.00 implementations are required to parse streams according to that table we should include its table in this spec as well (or provide guidance to implementers on how to deal with streams from that protocol/genus).

Per Sam's comment in #86 we just won't include those in the spec and try to make the transition as fast as possible.
