To decouple from Lindsey, we need to spread the responsibility.
I will endeavor to be the Project Manager and keep focus on who is doing what for when and keep some continuity going.

I have been billed as co - running try harder, so its about time I actually did something. Lindsey has always said that The is actually not much to do, so its just a matter of keeping focus.

So, please volunteer for tasks that you know you have the "resources" for.

What are the tasks needing picked up?

well, one of the tasks that need picking up is figuring out which of the tasks need picking up.

I am hoping that @Stray will be able to either brain dump some stuff onto me, or else write some issues here.

or you could make some suggestions about what might need doing...
I realised that the olny way to get things going was to get stuff out there.

Actually someone to take responsibility of the web pages might be good?: bit of a busmans holiday I guess :)

I'm with @mnem . Happy to help but not sure how. I'm happy to pick up the website, find more people or anything else.

@tam203 I would be good if you could oversee it, think about it. get other people to do stuff.
