Should the MetadataWidget include the source and source URL, and in what form?

I think no because this one need to be set by the widget user in its props later since the Gateway needs to know from which source to fetch as this is not a list of all possible terms unlike Autocomplete.

unless Gateway brings the term to user without explicitly setting from which source by the user. I this case then yes, source is needed.
