Support Event platform & Shutter Contact sensor

This release brings support for the Event platform. The following device types are supported:

• Universal Switches
• Motion Detectors
• Smoke Detectors
• Smoke Detection System
• SHC scenarios

Support for Shutter Contacts 2, incl Plus is added as well, where still some bugs need to be fixed.
