Party Manager member list heading and empty list text

The list of members could benefit from a heading, e.g. "Party Members:". If there are no party members then below "Party Members:" some text stating "This party currently contains no characters." Without these additions, when parties are empty (e.g. just after creation) the screen looks confusingly bare. These additions will hint to the user as to what their next step should be.
