Describe the problem:
Moving sprites create a trail behind them, don't get displayed correctly.
The game does not start after going trough the main menu (see attachment
for screenshot of it) but keeps displaying a black screen.

It works fine with mupen64plus-rsp-cxd4 (don't forget to set
'rsp-cxd4[DisplayListToGraphicsPlugin]=False') and mupen64plus-video-z64
The audio problem with mupen64plus-rsp-hle is a duplicate of #99.
Unfortunatelly, there is no hle graphics plugin which supports this ucode.
