CTDB is similar to AccurateRip in many ways, but offers a bit more. It is a database used by mostly windows software, but could probably be added to Linux clients. It has information on discs that AccurateRip does not and vice-versa. It also supports the ability to repair minor damage to ripped disc images. There is probably more it can do as well. Thoughts?

It looks very useful, but supporting it appears non-trivial. I can't find any specification on how clients are supposed to operate, and the reference implementation is all dot net code. So I'd need to re-implement it from a language I'm not familiar with, unless there's a C implementation somewhere.
