Version 2.1.2 is documented.

Version 2.1.0 and 2.1.1. are the same as 2.1.2 and not documented because when Ilche and I tried to figure out how it was done in k8s repo, there were some issues with naming in actions by creating helm charts, which you explained to Ilche later.

However, I didn't want to delete versions 2.1.0 and 2.1.1 because we would then lose the versioning.
Do you have any advice on how I should proceed with this?
Would it be okay if I were to note in the change log that these are only "test versions" or mark them somehow? Or should I delete these two "test versions" (2.1.0 and 2.1.1.) and set v2.1.2 (which is correct and the final one) as the latest one and create it again but with a different name (version 2.1.0 will be correct). But then someone should to take care of helm charts.
