[Design]: A separate error icon

Right now, we are using the same icons for both error and warning modals. However, the error modal is shown when some error happened in the code or some particular action can't be taken because smartcard not detected. While, the warning modals are for deletion, revokation, etc. Hence we need a separate icon for error modals.
