Guide purpose

This supplement guide is required to step through the process in GCP console and tie this guide to Governing GCP > Import GCP Orgnization page.

• It should extend the content used for service account creation in a GCP project under it's Organization
• How we assign the required role to the same service account with an organization scope, that enables the service account credential to import the entire organization
