The goal is to set up the fundamentals for our redfish interface. As a proof, a call to the redfish service root can be made

Acceptance Criteria

calling curl -k 'https:///redfish/v1/' returns a HTTP service root response
API schemas are created that support similar functionality as the legacy API
API schemas are exported to the appropriate directory on the target
