Description:

The goal of this sprint ticket is to develop a lesson on agile terminology to ensure that students are familiar with the common terms used in an agile setting, including terms such as sprint, stand-up, code-review, code-freeze, retro, and ticket, as well as other common terminology used in the context of agile development. The following tasks should be completed:

• Identify the key terms and concepts related to agile development that students should be familiar with, and ensure that the lesson emphasizes that multiple terms may describe the same concept.
• Develop a lesson plan that includes exercises and activities to help students learn and understand these key terms and concepts.
• Create instructional materials, including slides and any necessary documentation, to support the lesson.
• Test the lesson with a group of students and make revisions as needed based on their feedback.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The key terms and concepts related to agile development have been identified and incorporated into the lesson plan, with a focus on the fact that multiple terms may describe the same concept.
• The lesson plan includes a variety of exercises and activities to help students learn and understand these key terms and concepts.
