Geschi plugin white layer only [german] [fr?]

Geschi plugin opens only white layer and has no function.

Solution:
ckeditor/plugins/geshi/lang/de.js
add:
window_title: 'Geshi',
basic_settings: 'Basic settings',

Then the problem is solved?

i have now submitted a pull request. I don't know how it is with lang [fr]. There seem to be several lines missing.
and yes then the Geschi works again as usual.
