Hermes is shunting deals back to "Signup" pipeline stage when they book a support call #311

Booking a support call is updating orgs and/or deals on PD in such a way that it's moving any existing deals within the sales pipeline back to the Signup stage, which then has to be manually adjusted.

@HenryTraill seems to understand the mechanism here.

Also - Hermes is creating duplicate organisations when a company signs up to TC. It doesn't seem to be happening in every circumstance. Screenshots below of the company I noticed it with. Notice from URL that two PD screenshots are different orgs, only one org haqd a deal created. Both with same cligency ID.
