Cut new release of 5.3.x allowing opt-out of autoprefixer

Hi, thanks for the update that makes autoprefixer, this has greatly simplified my entire setup! To install the update, I had to install off the main branch instead of an actual release. Are there plans to cut a new release so that we can get this feature without installing off of main? Thanks again.
