我似乎没有看到twikoo在哪里能够配置策略场景，似乎只能使用默认场景（预设）
在默认场景（预设）下，所有的表情都被视为广告链接。

对了，博主自己的评论也走了审核，理论上是不是博主自己的话就不用腾讯云再审一遍了
