How customize how to customize height, width and iconSize?

I can override the backgroundColors, borderColors, textColors but I can't override the height, width and IconSize.
follow docs https://paste.twilio.design/customization/creating-a-custom-theme

Would you know how to overwrite height, width and IconSize?
