We wanted to incorporate an icon to represent 'Submit a ticket' in the Help Center experience. We previously used the '?' support icon, but that is supposed to represent support in general.

Hey @tonge495 ! The ticket glyph has always seemed too literal and not related to Support (this came up as a request years ago).

Would either of the following glyphs work? They're more generic, which would also help if you ever needed to change the copy to something like "Submit a support request"—which I'd also recommend since that's the language used in Segment and SendGrid already.

Unsure about Segment Help Center, as I think it operates separately from our team, but SendGrid Help Center is eventually going to be consolidated into the Twilio Help Center experience. Additionally, I think that 'Submit a ticket' is the nomenclature that both the support teams and customers are accustomed to using today so there would need to be a pretty sound reasoning for them to adopt a new term. Let me discuss with my team about this and loop back.
