Swapping Data Grids in the new Filter Pattern #4087
-
Hi! Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm wondering if there's an easy way to swap in data grids i've already created (and compenetized) into the new filter pattern (as a slot component?). The only other option I can think of is to rebuild my existing data grids in the new filter pattern, but then I would need to detach the data grid component to add more columns, which then removes the sidebar, and the other filter component options. Open to any ideas, thanks! |

We have three different variants for the Filter pattern:
You can use any of these variants individually in your designs. For your use case, I don't think you need to use More filters Side Panel since you don't have so many filters that require a Side Panel, you should be good using Filter bar, this way you don't have to edit your Data grids.
I've recorded a video showing how I would recommend handling it. Also since you have a local component for it, you probably could update it and that would update without to much readjusting.
Let me know if this helps :)
