Why, if there will be filter on reward? That will works exactly as you described, but not only for 7tv emotes rewards.

Because the logic differs from the usual history. In this history, we would like to ensure that the bot actually added/removed the emotion in 7TV.
Also, add a preview of the emotion.
And there is also idea #690, which requires adding additional buttons.
