Testing suite does not test IPv6 #92

PR #91 added IPv6 support and enabled it by default but the testing suite still test only for IPv4: https://github.com/txqueuelen/stateless-dns/blob/8ecd6183d5670aa980febf66c3a95034d6a12900/testing/test-crd-type-a.sh
