Is there anybody think this package should ABOUNDED aws’ pkg?

The s3 output filter has import aws whole package, and this feature should implement as a plugins, not for all package, the aws package is too heavy.
My application compiled pkg is like 10~20Mb, after import this package, it became more than one hundred.
It’s a too heavy for me. Is there anyone think same thing?
Is that ok if I submit an pr for plugins it?
