Drop-in One direction is jerking #7

Drop-in One direction is jerking. On my printer installation when running in drop-in mode the motion is smooth in one direction and "Jerky" in the opposite direction. This is true for both axis. There is no mechanical issue and the axis move smooth and with little force required manually moving the axis with power off. Any ideas?

Hello. I'm wondering if you've solved this issues. I think my ustepper is having the same issue and I don't know what's causing it
