MagAO-X core library refactored into XWCToolKit
Repository for ESC apps
Ansible playbook for automatically provisioning machine with XWCTk & ESCapps

TODO:

Keep XWCTk up to date with MagAOX repo
Keep ESCapps up to date with FSMCtrl app
Add new apps to ESCapps
Add testing pipeline to XWCTk_provisioning_playbook
Add GUIs folder to XWCTk

Ask Jared about .config management for lab/on-sky (and how we can handle scoob/flight for .config)

ESCapps repo to have both scoob/flight apps, but with protected branch for flight
