Feature - User Accounts

We need to have user accounts (can operate with Firebase) to log individual users and gain an informal agreement to be logged when using the tool. @oshneid has an example of logging in with GitHub account, but we need a "Login" button and way of checking logged in status, and using that when storing user interaction logs.
