+ Francois Senneville has completed a Bachelor of laws at the University of Sherbrooke in 2004 and
+ passed the exams of the Bar of Quebec in 2005. After completing a mandatory training as a public
+ prosecutor in Montreal in 2006, Francois went on to practice in criminal and statutory law for a few
+ years in defense at various levels including in appeal. Francois had the chance to work with
+ prominent lawyers. In the following years, Francois extended its practice to family law, civil law, and
+ administrative law with success and has pleaded hundreds of cases in the Canadian courts as shown
+ on Canadian jurisprudence websites.
+
+
+ In 2013, Francois was recruited by a Canadian Immigration law firm located in Montreal to assist
+ with administrative law appeals in immigration. Finally, he was sent to Turkey to assist investors for
+ the Quebec investor’s program with their documentation and during their interview with Quebec
+ officials. He then went to China and Thailand the following years to assist mostly investors willing to
+ immigrate to Canada but also skilled workers and other categories. It is in 2017 that Francois came
+ to Vietnam hired by an Asian service provider to pursue the same duties. Francois has assisted
+ hundreds of investors and skilled workers with success in migrating to Canada. In 2018, Francois
+ took the decision to create his own legal firm in Vietnam to insure efficiency and transparency. He is
+ the one in charge of all the legal aspects; he represents all the clients and reviews all the cases at
+ Immibec. Francois is passionate about travelling and discovering other cultures as he has been
+ exposed to many cultures at a young age in Quebec. As a matter of fact, he is fluent in French and
+ English, and can converse in Spanish, Turkish, Thai and Vietnamese.
+
+ Created in Vietnam in 2018 by François Senneville, Canadian Lawyer (registered with the Bar of Quebec
+ since 2006) specializing in Canadian immigration since 2013, Immibec Ltd. is a Canadian managed
+ immigration law firm focusing on offering various immigration paths to Canada for investors but also
+ for skilled workers and students. Mr. Senneville has assisted hundreds of clients successfully. After
+ living and working for many years in Asia, Mr. Senneville has identified Vietnam as a strong potential
+ provider of immigrants to Canada.
+
+
+ Our services include solutions to gain permanent resident status through various immigration programs
+ e.g., Federal and provincial programs aiming at filling future labor shortages, programs based on
+ investment, self-employed program, employment offers, (temporary or permanent) and study programs. Our
+ firm also offers all type of legal services pertaining to immigration to Canada e.g., family
+ sponsorship, inadmissibility, etc.
+
+
+ Regarding immigration to Canada, it is essential to mention that only some people can charge you a fee
+ or receive anyother type of payment. These people are called "authorized"
+ representatives. They are:
+
+
1. Lawyers and paralegals who are members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial
+ law society.
+
+
2. Notaries who are members in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
+
+
3. Citizenship or immigration consultants who are members in good standing of the Immigration
+ Consultants of Canada.
+ In all cases, if you were advised by an unlicensed consultant, they will not be able to respond to the
+ Canadian immigration officials during the process neither sign forms nor represent you. Moreover, if
+ the Canadian officials find out you were assisted by an unlicensed consultant, you may be barred from
+ applying to any Canadian immigration programs for 2 to 5 years and your application will be
+ automatically refused.
+
+
+ Beware of companies claiming they have an authorized representative when you have never met and
+ identified that person or signed an agreement for their services.
+
+
+ At all times, at Immibec Ltd. you’ll meet and have full and direct access to your authorized
+ representative and you will be fully represented from your free eligibility assessment until
+ completing your immigration plan. As a commitment to success in your application, at every stage of
+ the process, we charge competitive prices for our professional legal services based on the results.
+ Consequently, we’ll give you a fair assessment of your chances to succeed in the most suitable
+ immigration program available that is relevant to your situation. Finally, we take the time to clearly
+ understand your needs and take the best decisions to lead you to your goal.

+ If you want to immigrate to Canada and your score is not high enough in the Express Entry pool, studying in Canada is probably the best option to immigrate after you complete your studies. Most provinces have a nomination program targeting students who have completed post-secondary studies in an eligible program of studies. You may also bring your spouse and dependents during your stay. It can also help to get more points in the Express entry system or to get a post-graduation work permit once the studies are completed.
+
+
+
+
+
+ Finally, students having completed a program of studies in Canada certainly enter the job market with an edge.
+
+
+ If your final goal is to immigrate or simply to get a student visa in a Canadian college or university in French or in English, we can guide you by matching your immigration plans with your academic and professional career.

Experience Quebec Program
+
+
+
+
+
+
+ You may get a “certificate of selection” (COS) from Quebec through to the fast-track program: Quebec
+ Experience Program after working in Quebec for the duration of one year full-time (at least 30 hours per
+ week) on a work permit in most occupations or having completed an eligible program of study. In both
+ cases, French language requirements have to be met at the COS application stage. Once you get a COS, the
+ Canadian Permanent Residency may be granted after a successful medical and criminal check.
+
+ Depending on your profile and on the periodic employers’ needs, we might be able to match you with an
+ employer and represent you in this administrative process until all the necessary immigration
+ documentation is approved. Get in contact with us to know the most recent job opportunities or reserve
+ your spot in the bank of candidates for future labor needs.
+
+
+ In most cases, in order to offer a job to a foreigner (i.e. not Canadian citizen or Permanent resident) as an
+ eligible employer located in the Province of Quebec, the employer has to get a positive or neutral Labor
+ Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to show to the Canadian Authorities that no Canadian Citizens or
+ Permanent residents were able to fill the labor shortage after having done recruitment efforts as indicated
+ in the regulations.
+
+
+
+
+
+ Coming from the province of Quebec in Canada, we are presently most capable of providing job offers located in that province to fill labor shortages and assist those willing to study to make their immigration project achievable under the PEQ.
+
+
+ We work constantly with employers located in the province of Quebec and represent them in front of
+ provincial and federal authorities to get the proper documentation to hire foreigners.

Quebec Skilled Worker Program
+
+
+
+
+
+
+ Quebec has created a new skilled workers program, similarly to the Express Entry system applying to
+ the rest of Canada, to manage its own selection of applicants intending to settle in the province.
+
+
+ Applicants are ranked in a pool and the province selects the best profiles depending on its needs.
+ Speaking French to a certain level is almost inevitable in that scoring system to be competitive. For
+ those with lower scores, a permanent job offer validated in Quebec will certainly improve the score
+ and ease the settlement with an employment already secured. In those cases, depending on the
+ profile and the employers’ needs, we might be able to provide a permanent validated job offer as we
+ work with employers located in the province of Quebec.
+
+
+ Here is the list of factors for the ranking of applicants:
+
+
1. Your training (level of education and area of training). Please note that since
+ December 31, 2015, only diplomas obtained before the submission of your
+ application are considered in the attribution of points for the Education Level
+ criterion
+
+
2. Your work experience
+
+
+
+
3. Your age
+
+
4. Your knowledge of French and English
+
+
5. Your stays in Québec and family relationship with a Canadian citizen or a
+ permanent Québec resident
+
+
6. Having an employment offer validated by the Ministère
+
+
7. Characteristics of your accompanying spouse or de facto spouse, if applicable
+
+
8. Other factors, incuding the number of children under the age of 22 who will be
+ accompanying you to Québec
+
+
9. Your capacity for financial self-sufficiency (you must sign a contract in which you
+ undertake to provide for your needs and your family’s needs for at least the first
+ three months following your arrival in Québec)
+
+
+ If you speak French at an intermediate level, or if you learning or willing to learn, this program
+ might be the ideal way to get your Canadian Permanent residency.

+ Express Entry Skilled Workers
+

+
+
4. Have at least a Canadian high-school diploma or the equivalent.
+

+
+
Once an applicant has been selected or invited to apply (ITA) for the Permanent residency (PR), he
+ has to show that he has sufficient funds to support his family and the main applicant and his spouse
+ and dependents will have to pass the medical and criminal check
+
+
+
+
+
+ Provincial Nomination Programs
+
+
There are provincial nomination programs in almost every Canadian province and most of these
+ programs are now linked with the Federal Express Entry system. A nomination can make all the
+ difference as it can raise substantially the Comprehensive ranking score of an applicant in the pool.
+
These programs are normally targeting applicants with work experience in specific occupations to fill
+ their labor shortages identified in the provinces. We can assist you in finding the right programs to
+ get a nomination and be invited to apply for the PR.

Federal Self-Employed Program
+
+
+
+
+
+
+ Program requirements:
+
+
1. Self-employed person means a foreign national who has relevant experience, intends and is able to be self-employed in Canada, and can contribute to Canada’s economy in one of the required areas.
+
+
2. Score at least 35 on the self-employed point test.
+
+
3. Relevant experience for a self-employed person means at least two years of experience within the last five years of the application. The experience must be:
+
+
+
for cultural activities:
+
+
two one-year periods being self-employed in cultural activities (A), or two one-year periods participating at a world-class level in cultural activities (B), or a combination of a one-year period described in A above, and a one-year period
+ described in B above.
+
+
+
+
+
for athletics:
+
+
two one-year periods being self-employed in athletics (A), or two one-year periods participating at a world class level in athletics (B), or a combination of a one-year period described in A above, and a one-year period described in B above, and
+
+
for buying and managing a farm, two one-year periods managing a farm.
+
+
+ If you have had some success with your self-employed work in the country where you reside as
+ described above you might be suitable to get the Permanent residency through that business
+ program. That program still works on a first-arrived, first-served basis. We can assist you in applying
+ for that program after determining if you are eligible.
