Give the option to choose either frequency or angular frequency with Fourier transforms.

I was thinking about something simialr before, but I could not find the application to it. This might be the application.

This could be implemented via operators on Region. For instance, w_region = 2 * pi * f_region. Similarly, moving the region in space would be region + (0, 0, 2e-9), etc.
