With a focus on assisting recruiting/business developers for outreach. Ideally if the dev themself did the outreach to pull in devs into our devpool and then a big part of their job is just automating (coding) their job but if that doesn't work then we can hire technical recruiters/bizdevs to lead the recruiting and outreach to partners but then write specifications for automating the most repetitive parts of their jobs, and the devs can hop in to facilitate.
