Implement leaderboard workflow

error Couldn't find a package.json file in "/home/runner/work/.github/.github"

The workflow is failing in this repo and passing in mine.

Either the CLI should be moved into it's own repo or a solution is needed to allow it to run from this repo.

The workflow then should run every 1 - 3 days I think is reasonable and then commit the leaderboard data to the repo so the UI can fetch it using the same interval.
