We’re delighted to highlight the first startup that has received our first investment out of the M12 GitHub Fund. Congratulations to CodeSee, an open source platform that enables developer teams to visually understand their codebases. Codesee is equipping developers with the best tools to unleash their capabilities and productivity and is shaping the way software developers work on their world-changing projects. This is central to why the M12 GitHub Fund was founded.
I looked up the founders, CEO, CTO and I was inspired for a new idea: we should try and develop relationships with M12 investees. We can probably get introductions and advice through them.

Slightly off topic but I'm more bullish on working with M12 because they seemingly recently added web3. Looks like we hit 66% of all their investment criteria. And then of course they made their dedicated GitHub fund which we also hit (so now 72%) its quite close to a perfect match.
We could expect to get up to a $1M USD check from them, but unfortunately they don't generally lead rounds according to the GitHub source FAQ
Is the investment dilutive?
It is an equity investment. We typically do not lead investment rounds. For non-dilutive funding, please check out GitHub Accelerator or GitHub Sponsors.
